New Hyatt Studios Hotel Planned for North Bay NORTH BAY, ON —Eastview Development Limited announces plans to bring a Hyatt Studios location to North Bay. The 98-room, upper midscale extended-stay hotel will be built at the corner of Gormanville Road and Eloy Road.

Designed for longer stays, Hyatt Studios hotels offer a more flexible and comfortable experience than traditional hotels, with studio apartment-style suites with spacious, well-equipped kitchens, inviting lounge areas and flexible workspaces —ideal for business travelers, project-based workers, and visitors staying a little longer in the area. As part of Hyatt’s Essentials Portfolio—a collection of select service brands also including Hyatt Select, Unscripted by Hyatt, Caption by Hyatt, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House—Hyatt Studios hotels are designed for extended stay travelers seeking a home-like experience.

Industrial Development Project

The 600-612 Gormanville Road Industrial complex has become the desirable and in-demand location for industrial and warehouse space in North Bay. Eastview is currently planning a 30,000 square feet addition of industrial space. Additionally there is a Flex Industrial Building planned for the property fronting Gormanville Road. The 21 acre site a also available for additional development and Eastview will build to suit on the Gormanville Road site.
