Hyatt Studios Hotel

The corner of Gormanville and Eloy Road will be the home for the new 98 room Hyatt Studios Hotel. Pre-building design and engineering is presently underway, site work is scheduled for the fall 2026 with building construction slated for a spring 2027 start.

Industrial Development Project

The 600-612 Gormanville Road Industrial complex has become the desirable and in-demand location for industrial and warehouse space in North Bay. Eastview is currently planning a 30,000 square feet addition of industrial space. Additionally there is a Flex Industrial Building planned for the property fronting Gormanville Road. The 21 acre site a also available for additional development and Eastview will build to suit on the Gormanville Road site.
